RETURNS

 

Returns are gladly accepted within 45 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, with labels intact. Patterns and shade cards are not returnable/refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in case of defect or error in fulfilling your order.

 

Pre-authorization is not necessary when making a standard return. Please include the provided return form, or a copy of your invoice with the return. If you no longer have these, please include a note indicating that you are returning (or exchanging) the enclosed merchandise, your full name and address, original purchase date, phone, email, and reason for the return. If you have questions, or if we have made an error fulfilling your order please contact service@josharpusa.com

 

Refunds are made via your original payment method and will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, at which time you will be notified by email. We will process your return as quickly as possible, however depending on your credit card service, refunds may take longer to show up on your statement.

PAYMENT

 

Payment is processed securely via at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order you will be issued a full refund. To protect your information and prevent fraud, orders sent to different shipping and billing addresses may require delivery confirmation, and you may be contacted to confirm your account details prior to shipment.

 

Purchases billed to Maine addresses will be charged 5.5% sales tax.
