This item is a unique & collectable Japanese inspired sake bottle. The style is mid-century vintage with rich tenmoku (molasses) and turquoise glazing incorporating a rustic diagonal pattern.  The item has an authentic vintage feel.  Through surface treatment and high fire glazing, the artist has given this handsome flask a vintage edge, at the same maintaining its contemporary appeal. It is a well built and substantial object that will endure and give pleasure to hold and to admire through generations.
