This item is a unique & collectable Japanese inspired sake bottle. The style is mid-century vintage with rich tenmoku (molasses) and turquoise glazing incorporating a rustic diagonal pattern.  The item has an authentic vintage feel.  Through surface treatment and high fire glazing, the artist has given this handsome flask a vintage edge, at the same time maintaining its contemporary appeal. Please be aware this vessel is not intended to be precision built. It is organic in shape and has some irregularities in measurements. It is a substantial object that will endure and give pleasure to hold and to admire through generations.
