This item is a unique & collectable Japanese inspired sake bottle. The artist has incorporated elements of a Seaside Attol, or perhaps an object that has been dislodged from an ancient wreckage at the bottom of the sea, now encrusted and textured. The surfaces and glazing are both playful and masterful. Through surface treatment and high fire glazing, the artist has given this charming little flask the feel of an object of antiquity while at the same maintaining its contemporary appeal. It is a well built and substantial object that will endure and give pleasure to hold and to admire through generations.
